Requesting a pickup

• Choose your items and a pickup time at least 20 minutes ahead, up to 7 days ahead.
• You’ll get a reference like “95-ABCD”. Keep it handy.
• A request is confirmed once our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp. If we can’t make something, we’ll tell you and suggest an alternative.

Paying

No payment is taken on the website. You pay at the counter when you collect. The total shown online is an estimate.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel, call +91 96430 99807 or message us on WhatsApp as early as you can, quoting your reference. Because drinks are made fresh for your time, please let us know if you’re running late.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our kitchen handles milk, nuts, gluten, soya and eggs. If you have an allergy, tell us when we confirm your order and speak to the team at the counter before collecting.
