Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you send a franchise enquiry: your name, the phone number and/or email you give us, the city you mention, anything you write in the message box, and the date you sent it.
• When you request a pickup: your name, phone number, optional email, the items you chose, your pickup time and any note.
• Anonymous usage statistics: which pages and sections were viewed and which buttons were tapped (for example “Get directions”), the type of device, and the website that referred you. To count returning visits, your browser stores a random ID in its local storage. It is not linked to your name, and we do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Why we use it

• To prepare and confirm your pickup, and to contact you about it.
• To contact you about a 95 Degree franchise or investment, only if you ticked the consent box.
• To understand, in aggregate, which parts of the website and menu people use, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Who can see it

Only the 95 Degree Coffee team members given access to our dashboard. The website runs on hosting and database providers that store the data on our behalf, and email alerts are delivered by an email service. Maps and Instagram content are provided by Google and Meta; opening those links is governed by their own policies.

How long we keep it

Pickup requests are kept for our records of orders. Franchise enquiries are kept until you ask us to remove them. Usage statistics are kept in anonymous form.

Your choices

In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to updates at any time. Email or call us using the details below and we will act on it promptly. You can also clear the random ID by clearing your browser’s site data.
