Menu, prices and availability
We keep the online menu up to date, but items, prices and availability can change, and the price charged at the counter is final. Prices are in Indian rupees. Photos are for illustration and the product served may look slightly different.
The drink builder
“Build your cup” is an illustration to help you choose. It suggests the closest drink on our menu and an estimated price; the drink is made to our recipes and the final price is confirmed at the counter.
Pickup requests
Pickup requests made on the website are covered by our pickup policy. No payment is taken online.
Our content
The 95 Degree Coffee name, the 95° logo, photographs, text and design of this website belong to 95 Degree Coffee or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking. Instagram reels shown on the site remain the property of their creators.
Fair use of the website
Please don’t submit false pickup requests or sign-ups, try to access the staff dashboard without permission, or interfere with how the website works. We may block requests that look automated or abusive.
Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from its use or from temporary unavailability. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram are provided by those services.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
